1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at lesbrowndesign.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Les Brown Design LLC.

2. Services

Les Brown Design LLC provides AI-powered marketing services to local service businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI Voice Receptionist setup and management
  • Review and reputation management
  • Website design and development
  • Marketing strategy and consulting

Specific services, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are governed by a separate service agreement or proposal provided to each client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of Les Brown Design or any third party
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems

4. Contact Form & Communications

By submitting our contact form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Les Brown Design, including emails, text messages, and phone calls related to your inquiry. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

5. Payments & Refunds

Monthly service fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Setup fees are due prior to project commencement and are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at hello@lesbrowndesign.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Les Brown Design LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website design files) as specified in their service agreement. Les Brown Design retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Google, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Marketing results vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Les Brown Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
